Where We Build

• We currently build in Maple Grove located in Powhatan, Virginia

• A beautiful spec is being built on Lot 7 in Section 7 of Maple Grove 

• Brand new lots in the newest section (Section 8) of Maple Grove are coming Fall of 2025

• We will build on your own lot with one of our exclusive home designs

• Don't have land yet?!  We are more than happy to have our agent, Sarah Holton source land for you!
